Although Emery Law Office opened in May of 2017, Attorney Melissa Emery has been representing Kentucky and Indiana residents with their personal injury cases for a decade. We believe that a successful claim begins with a positive client-attorney relationship. Our clients will experience excellent service from all members of our team – from receptionist to paralegal to attorney. We believe that each case belongs to the client, not to the attorney, medical providers or insurance companies and, therefore, the final decision on all case matters belongs to the client.
