Eric Moser

In 2024, we welcomed attorney Eric Moser to our team. While pursuing a degree in political science from Bellarmine University, Eric participated in the school’s nationally ranked mock trial team. He had always enjoyed arguing and the thrill of competition, which led him to consider pursuing a career in law, but it wasn’t until he found great success with the mock trial team that he decided to give it a try. Upon earning his bachelor’s degree, he enrolled at Notre Dame in South Bend for law school.

As a first-generation college student, Eric was thrilled to attend Notre Dame and worked diligently to make a name for himself after graduating. He gained extensive trial experience as a young lawyer, winning every case he tried during his first seven years in practice. He uses that experience to this day to help our clients make the best decisions for their future.

One of Eric’s greatest passions in his job is simply connecting with and working with clients. He greatly enjoys talking with our clients, bringing them into our new office space, and finding additional ways to help them with whatever is troubling them in that moment. He treats everyone he encounters as if they were family and will always put your needs above all else.

Outside of work, Eric is a talented writer. He’s created several interactive novels that read like books with game mechanics. He also enjoys traveling with his wife and daughters. His family has two dogs, a pug and a schnauzer, who are beloved members of the household. He also enjoys playing board games that require strategy and thought.
