Jay Bone

In 2025, Jay Bonet joined our team as a case manager. She grew up in Louisville and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Louisville before attending law school at the University of Florida. She has greatly enjoyed coming back home and being closer to her family. Jay quickly realized that Emery Law Office was a place she wanted to work after connecting with Melissa. She loved the supportive atmosphere of the office! It was unlike anything she had experienced before.

Although it may sound cliché, Jay’s favorite part of her role is making a real difference in people’s lives. She knows people often call the office with anxiety or uncertainty about the future, and she excels at talking them through the situation and putting them at ease. She is highly adaptable and navigates challenges of all sizes with ease. Jay is bilingual. She can speak and write in Spanish and is available to help any Spanish-speaking clients with their questions or concerns!

Jay isn’t just a stellar performer in the workplace; she’s also an incredible mom to two wonderful kids. She loves playing outside with her kids, whether they’re going for a swim, playing on a playground, or heading to the movies. Whenever Jay gets some free time, she’s usually singing, dancing, or finding discounts at her favorite store.
