Matthew Folsom

Matthew joined our team in 2024 and currently serves as a case manager, while also assisting the team with their IT needs. With a background in logistics focused on finance, data analytics, and operations management, Matthew joined our team without much experience in the legal field. However, he had many interactions with Melissa and her family outside of the workplace, and when she was looking for someone fluent in Spanish to join the team, he was the perfect fit.

Throughout his life, Matthew has had some incredible accomplishments and experiences. Before joining our team, he worked as a financial analyst and was part of a very small team that oversaw annual financial planning for a $10 billion company. He also spent two years in South America as a missionary, where he learned Spanish.

Matthew maintains a busy schedule outside of work. He holds bachelor’s degrees in mathematics and music, and enjoys finding ways to channel his passion for singing. He sings semi-professionally with the Cincinnati Christmas Carolers and frequently assists with music at his church. He is an Eagle Scout who loves the outdoors and recently took up white water kayaking. Matthew enjoys hiking, backpacking, camping, and social dancing. His hobbies often change, depending on the season.

One of Matthew’s biggest passions is volunteer work, and he’s been helping out at Green Hill Therapy recently. This organization offers occupational and physical therapy for children with disabilities, all of which takes place on horseback. Walking alongside the horses as the kids ride them never fails to bring a smile to Matthew’s face.

Matthew is always seeking new ways to assist clients and the rest of the team.
