What is the hardest injury to prove?
There is no single hardest injury to prove, but some injuries are challenging because they are often not visible on scans or in quick examinations. Traumatic brain injury, chronic pain, and certain spinal injuries can be difficult to show through objective tests alone. In these cases, detailed medical records, testimony from treating providers, and statements from family, friends, and coworkers about changes in mood, memory, or abilities may play a vital role.
