Who is usually at fault if a bicycle is involved in an accident?
It depends on what happened. A driver may be at fault for not yielding, speeding, using a phone while driving, or passing closer than the 3 feet Kentucky law generally requires. If the driver was on the job, their employer may also share responsibility. Cyclists have to follow traffic laws too, and if both sides share some blame, you may still pursue compensation, though the amount is generally reduced by your share of fault.
